Covid-19 Policy Update

 

Property Bee UK has a responsibility to operate safely during the COVID-19 pandemic; protecting your health and that of our employees. We are monitoring and adhering to all Government guidelines, following social distancing and using the appropriate PPE during viewings and valuations. Please see our policy and guidance below.

 

If we are visiting you for a valuation:

Prior to any appointment we will be in touch to ensure that there have been no changes to your health. Please do let us know if there are any personal restrictions that will make adhering to the Government guidelines challenging.

Preparing your property for a valuation

  • Please ensure all lights are switched on and all internal doors are open

  • Please clean and sanitise all commonly touched surfaces in advance

  • Please open windows for ventilation where possible

  • If you will not be present for the appointment it is important that you still follow these guidelines

During the valuation

  • Our agent will be wearing a face covering throughout the appointment

  • If social distancing is a challenge, our agent should be left alone or you should wear a face covering unless you are exempt

  • Please don’t be offended if we don’t shake hands or accept any refreshments

  • We will aim to have any conversations with you outside or in a well-ventilated space and will hold detailed further discussions with you either on the phone or via a video call

  • We will send any appropriate marketing materials and documentation via email

Our agents will

  • Be wearing a face covering throughout the appointment. If you would like the agent to also wear gloves, please let us know before the appointment

  • Carry anti-bacterial gel and will sanitise their hands before and after all appointments

  • Be dressed in smart casual clothing that is washed regularly

  • Follow social distancing guidelines at all times

  • Travel to appointments on foot or using their own vehicle; they will not use public transport

  • Send specific instructions around social distancing and Government safety guidelines to all applicants who wish to view your property

If we are marketing your property for Sale or Let
