We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say 😂 and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Michael also sold us our forever home. I can't recommend Michael highly enough. Moving house is incredibly stressful, but having an estate agent who is honest, transparent, and keeps you updated every step of the way makes all the difference. This also had a private private sale in the chain, so there were plenty of unknowns, but Michael made the whole process feel straightforward and easy. His communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping us informed of every development, unlike many estate agents. He has gone above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and his professionalism and dedication have been a breath of fresh air. If you want to deal with humans and not estate agent robots, use Property Bee! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Excellent communication, friendly, honest, and the guys go above and beyond. Actively liaised with all other services to ensure the process moved along swiftly and fed back everything to us. Great recommendations for solicitors etc. too. They made the process of buying and selling as stress free as they could for us. The quality and professionalism of the photos and drone footage for our sale was superb and they ask your opinion during this stage to make sure you have the best photos listed.
